How do I reach the serviced villas and the apartments from the Airport?
We can provide pick up from the airport, railway station or bus terminals on request at an extra cost. A wide choice of vehicles are available with us. Do get in touch via mail for more details.
What are the check in and check out times ?
Our standard check in time is 1 PM while check out is at 12 Noon. In case of an earlier check in or later check out kindly write into us. Extra charges subject to availability will be applicable.
What are the inclusions in the tariff for the villas and the apartments?
The tariffs besides the inclusion of the rental and all its amenities includes cleaning of the villa once a day by our staff. Towels and linen are provided by us and changed three times a week. We do not provide toiletries. Swimming pool usage is free as is parking for vehicles. Free wifi is available at select locations (Speed and accessibility as available from the service provider).
How do I commute within Goa once I check in?
While most of our guests take advantage of the proximity of the beach front of our villas and the apartments, and prefer to stroll around, we do offer a personalized Chauffeur Service with a choice of vehicles on request at an extra cost. Do get in touch via mail for more details. Bikes, scooters, self drive or Chauffeur cars can be arranged on request. Regular Bus service is available from Calangute to all parts of Goa.
What are the dining options at the villas and the apartments?
The rates do not include any meals. All our serviced villas and apartments are self catered and come with a ready to cook and serve kitchen area.Besides this our properties are located within walking distance from eateries in the area, a few of whom also deliver into the units. We also offer services of a “Personal Chef” to come and cook your special A La Carte Meal in your kitchen, so that you savour every moment of your stay with us. How do I arrange for my groceries and supplies at the villas and the apartments ?
All our serviced apartments and villas are within walking distance of supermarkets, grocery and supply shops. Our property manager will be pleased to assist you in the procurement of the same on arrival.
What are the laundry facilities at the serviced apartments and villas ?
Most of our properties have self service launderettes. The villas are provided with individual washing machines. Ironing boards are also provided at most locations. In case you do require special laundry services for that special evening at Goa our property manager will be pleased to get this organized for you.
What are the security measures at the villas and the apartments?
All our serviced villas and apartments are within secure and gated complexes. We have in house security staff manning the entry points apart from regular patrolling of the complex. However guests are responsible for their personal belongings.
Can I get extra mattresses for children?
Extra mattresses are available at most of our villas and apartments at an extra daily cost. We also provide wooden baby cots for infants at an extra daily charge.Do get in touch via mail for more details.Besides this, we also have utility quarters for accompanying nannies, drivers and other supporting staff at few locations.
What medical / first aid facilities exist in the villas and the apartments?
All our villas and apartments are equipped with First Aid Boxes. Pharmacies are within walking distance and doctor is available on call.
How do I check availability of the villa or apartment for my travel dates ?
Please send us a Booking Request using the reservation link on any of the pages or write in to us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
How do I make a reservation ?
Bookings are confirmed only against payments. For bookings an advance payment is required on booking. The balance is to be paid in Indian Rupees on arrival. A 4000 rupee refundable security deposit per unit is required in cash on arrival.
How do I make payments for the reservations?
You make the payments by any of the following options:
- By SWIFT from overseas or Net Banking Transfer from within India Please do ensure that the effective credit in our
account is for the total amount in Indian Rupees only, net of any bank charges of what so ever nature.
- By Cheque / Draft / Cash Cheque / Draft / cash deposit can be made at any branch of HDFC Bank in India or sent to our New Delhi or Goa offices at following address. Delhi Office: 1204 Modi Towers, 98 Hemkunt Towers,Nehru Place, New Delhi 110 019

What happens in the event of cancellation of my bookings?
Every booking made is treated as final, and based on this we lock the property for you during the period. Hence we are not in a position to offer any refunds against cancellations.
