How do I reach the villas and the apartments from the Airport?
We can provide pick up from the airport on request at
an extra cost. A wide choice of vehicles is available with us. Do get

How do I commute within Goa once I check in?
While most of our guests take advantage of the
proximity of the beach front of our villas and the apartments, and
prefer to stroll around, we do offer a personalized Chauffeur Service
with a choice of vehicles on request at an extra cost. Do get in touch
via mail for more details. Bikes, scooters, self drive or Chauffeur cars
can be arranged on request. Regular Bus service is available from
Calangute to all parts of Goa.
What are the security measures at the villas and the apartments?
All our villas and apartments are within secure and
gated complexes. We have in house security staff manning the entry
points apart from regular patrolling of the complex. However guests are
responsible for their personal belongings.
How do I arrange for my groceries and supplies at the villas?
All our apartments and villas are within walking
distance of supermarkets, grocery and supply shops. Our property manager
will be pleased to assist you in the procurement of the same on
arrival.
What are the dining options at the villas and the apartments?
All our apartments and villas are within walking
distance of excellent multi cuisine restaurants and Goa shacks offering
sumptuous Goan delicacies. We also offer services of a “Personal Chef”
to come and cook your special A La Carte Meal in your kitchen, so that
you savor every moment of your stay with us. This service is at an extra

What are the laundry facilities at the villas and the apartments?
All our properties have self service common
launderettes. In case you do require special laundry services for the
special evening at Goa our property manager will be pleased to get this
organized for you.
Can I get extra mattresses for children?
Extra mattresses are available at all our villas and
apartments at an extra daily cost. We also provide wooden baby cots for
infants at an extra daily charge.Do get in touch via mail for more
details.Besides this, we also have utility quarters at the complex for
accompanying nannies, drivers and other supporing staff.
What medical / first aid facilities exist in the villas and the apartments?
All our villas and apartments are equipped with First
Aid Boxes. Pharmacies are within walking distance and doctor is
available on call.
How do I check availability of the villa or apartment for my travel dates ?
Please check the availability of your choice of villa
or apartment from the calendar ( link to calendar) or write in to us at
sales@goa-casitas.com.
How do I make a reservation ?
Bookings are confirmed against payments. For bookings
of less than 2 weeks, 100% advance payment is required on booking. For
bookings of 2 weeks or more a 30% non refundable deposit is required at
the time of booking. The balance is to be paid in INR on arrival. A 4000
rupee returnable security deposit is required on arrival.
How do I make payments for the reservations?
You make the payments by any of the following options:
1. By SWIFT or Net Bank Transfer

Please do ensure that the effective credit in our
account is for the total amount in Indian Rupees only, net of any bank

2. By Cheque / Draft / Cash
All cheques and drafts need to be payable to “Goa
Casitas” and made payable at Goa, India. These or the cash deposit can
be paid at any branch of HDFC Bank for the credit of the following
account, or sent to our New Delhi or Goa offices.

What happens in the event of cancellation of my bookings?
Every booking made is treated as final, and based on
this we lock the property for you during the period. Hence we are not in
a position to offer any refunds against cancellations.
