While the Dabolim Goa International Airport serves our locations, Thivim is the closest railway station. Prepaid taxis are also available outside the arrival hall of the airport and train station. In addition, we can also provide pick up from the airport, railway station or the bus terminals on request. However this service is available at an extra cost. A wide choice of vehicles is available for you to choose from. On the other hand,  if you do decide to come on your own you can also find us very easily on Google maps. Our standard check in time is 1 PM and check out is at 12 Noon. However , in case of an earlier check in or later check out requirement, kindly write in to us. This is however subject to availability only.More over extra charges for this will be applicable.

Inclusions

The tariff includes the followings:

  • The villa or apartment daily rent, in addition to all its amenities as listed, along with all taxes and charges.
  • Usage of all kitchen equipment, gas , crockery and cutlery
  • Daily cleaning of the villa or the apartment  by our in house team.
  • Towels and linen which are provided by us and are changed thrice a week. In addition pool towels are also provided for.
  • Swimming pool usage and parking for vehicles is free. However the swimming pool usage is subject to rules for your own safety.
  • Free wifi is available at select locations. However, the speed and accessibility are as available from the service provider.
Exclusions

However the tariff does not include the following:

  • Any kind of meals or bottled drinking water
  • Toiletries of any kind
  • Groceries, vegetables, fruit and other kitchen supplies
  • Airport, railway station or bus terminal transfers

Most of our guests take advantage of beach fronts which are very close to our villas and apartments and stroll around. In addition there are also many places of interests close by. But for those who prefer the luxury of a vehicle, we also offer a personalized chauffeur service with a choice of vehicles. However this is at an extra cost.

Moreover bikes, scooters, and even self  driven cars can also be arranged on request. Do get in touch via email for more details or contact our property manager on arrival. Above all a regular bus service is also available from Calangute to all parts of Goa.

The rates do not include any meals. However, nearly all our serviced villas and apartments are self catered and thus they come with a ready to cook and serve kitchen area. Besides this, all our properties are located very close to the eateries in the area. A few of these neighboring food outlets also deliver all meals into the units.

Apart from this we also offer services of a personal chef to come and cook your meal in your kitchen. Thus we ensure that you savour every moment of your stay with us. However, the cook service is at an extra cost and is subject to availability. Do get in touch via mail for more details.

Supermarkets, grocery and liquor shops are adjacent to all our villas and apartments. Besides this even fresh fruits and vegetables are also available nearby. In addition our property manager will also be pleased to assist and guide you with the same once you arrive.

Most of our properties have self service launderettes. More over all our villas are provided with individual washing machines. Besides this,ironing boards are also provided at most locations. However, in case you do require special laundry services for a special occasion, our property manager will be pleased to get this organized for you.

All our serviced villas and apartments are located within secure and gated complexes.  More over we also have in-house security staff manning the entry points . In addition to this a regular patrolling of the complex is undertaken. Besides this we also have security cameras installed at select locations. Above all most of our units are equipped with an electronic safe. However, guests are responsible for their personal belongings.

Extra mattresses with pillow and bedsheet are available at most of our villas and apartments. However there is a nominal extra daily cost for this . In addition, we also provide wooden baby cots for infants at an extra daily charge. Do get in touch via email for more details.

All our villas and apartments are equipped with first aid kits. Besides this medical stores are within walking distance of all units.  More over a  doctor on call is also available

1. By SWIFT for overseas transfer or net banking NEFT or IMPS transfer from within India. However, please do ensure that the effective credit in our account is for the total amount in Indian rupees only and net of any bank charges that may be extra.

2. Cheque, Demand Draft or Cash can be deposited at any of your nearby branch of HDFC Bank in India.  Besides this it can even be sent to our New Delhi or Goa offices at the following address :
